Our client - a respected, local HVAC service provider - is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in staying organized and keeping things running smoothly.

Location: Woburn, MA | Hourly pay rate range: $22 - $26 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM + One Saturday/month | On-call rotation with stipend + OT pay

What You'll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email - providing friendly, solution-focused service
  • Schedule service appointments, repairs, and maintenance calls in coordination with technicians
  • Quote repair work and enter details based on technician notes
  • Track and follow up on parts orders, job statuses, and documentation in Service Titan
  • Communicate with field staff to confirm materials, job timing, and customer needs
  • Jump in to help with general office tasks to keep things running efficiently

What Our Client Is Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others and keeping the day on track
  • Prior experience in customer service, office coordination, or dispatching
  • Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM/scheduling software is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience in HVAC, trades, or service industries
